Refund Policy:
Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders (cancelled before dispatch) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
● The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
● All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
● Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
The following items are not eligible for return:
● Sale or clearance items
● Personalized or custom-made products
● Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear
● Products marked as “Final Sale”
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
● Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
● Share clear images/videos for verification.
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or provide a full refund, as applicable.
● Size and color exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
● If the requested product is unavailable, customers may opt for:
● Refund to original payment method, or
● Store credit.
● Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
● We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service for returns.
● Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
● Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
● Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after collecting bank details.
Customers may choose to receive refunds as store credit.
● Store credit does not expire.
● It can be used for future purchases on our website.
If preferred, refunds can be issued as store credit for future purchases. Store credits do not expire and can be used anytime.
